Herzliche Einladung zum Auftakt unserer neuen Filmreihe in Koop mit Transition Graz, dem ÖH-Altref und dem Forum Urbanes Gärtnern:
Am Mi den 30.11. gibt´s mit „Seed: The Untold Story“ bei freiem Eintritt einen unserer all time Favourites zu sehen. Die inspirierende Doku mit Jane Goodall, Vandana Shiva, Raj Patel uvm ist nicht nur spannend, sondern auch äußerst unterhaltsam.

Few things on Earth are as miraculous and vital as seeds. Worshipped and treasured since the dawn of humankind. SEED: The Untold Story follows passionate seed keepers protecting our 12,000 year-old food legacy.
In the last century, 94% of our seed varieties have disappeared. As huge corporations control the majority of our seeds, farmers, scientists, lawyers, and indigenous see activists fight a David and Goliath battle to defend the future of our food. In a harrowing and heartening story, these reluctant heroes rekindle a lost connection to our most treasured resource and revive a culture connected to seeds.

Wir freuen uns auf euch und werden euch zusammen mit der Zödelei, dem spannenden neuen Community Growing Projekt in Graz/Weinzödl auch gleich Samen toller Gemüsesorten für die kommende Gartensaison mitbringen, die ihr sehr gerne auch weitergeben und weiter vermehren könnt.

Crossroads 2023 wird übrigens Mitte/Ende Mai starten. Wir freuen uns, dass wir als Veranstaltungsort diesmal wieder für einige Tage das Forum Stadtpark nutzen können und arbeiten bereits für euch am Filmprogramm.
